Exercise with Mommy and Baby FitnessNow you can help your baby start life on the right foot! This action-packed class includes a wide variety of fun, and simple, fitness moves for both mother and child. Classes include fitness exercises for mothers, infant stimulation with songs, rhymes, finger-plays, knee-bouncers, parachute activities, bubble, and so much more!!! At the end of the class, we also have an enjoyable group discussion, and even occasional special guest speakers. Our classes are also open to teen mothers.
Parents Night Out Busy parents now have a facility that caters to some leisure time. Every second Friday of the month, Youth Interactive Fitness Zone will host a pajama movie and pizza night for children, while parents enjoy a fun night out.

Our Team and Individual training programs are designed to deliver a challenging and fun workout that is organized, educational, progressive, and customized for entire sport teams or individuals. Training sessions are typically conducted at the PerformALL Fitness Center and focus primarily on linear speed, multi-directional skill development and quick-reaction drills. Team & individual training programs are built to be sport relevant with medicine ball and elastic band strengthening, bodyweight resisted power development, and speed-burst ratios that apply directly to specific demands.

Yoshinkan Aikido program
Aikido is a modern Ueshiba which incorporates joint-lock and throwing techniques applied in self defence. Aikido develops and strengthens the mind, body and spirit. Aikido is for all, irrespective of age, sex, race, or culture.
