ZUMBA® for teensZumba® for Teens is a feel good workout that is great for both the body and mind. It includes high energy and motivating music with fun moves and choreography that allow teens to dance away. It is fun and easy to do which makes it easy to stick to a Zumba fitness program and they will be able to achieve long-lasting happiness and health benefits.
Non-competitive bootcamp for teensNon-competitive Bootcamp for teens is designed especially for teenagers! The class will offer fun and safe fitness exercises to help boost body strength, balance, coordination, agility and power, all while improving self-esteem, self-confidence and well-being. Fitness bootcamp is a great class for weight loss by burning excess calories and strengthening major muscle groups like abs, back, arms and legs.
Poppin’ cardio teensTeens will love this fun and innovative aerobics workout class. Exercise produces chemicals that may help make teens more peaceful and happy, burn excess calories and build self-esteem and confidence. Guest speakers may talk to the group for empowerment and positive motivation.
Hip Hop for teensTeens will learn all the latest teen-friendly dance moves and choreographies of today’s music. This class is for all teens regardless of dance experience. Hip Hop dance is a great way to release excess stress, dance to their favorite beats and shred excess calories.

What do we do
Youth Interactive Fitness Zone offers non-competitive and innovative group fitness, as well as social programs for kids and young ones of all ages. These fitness training programs comprise of fun and active sports, social activities, for boys and girls under 16 years old. We want to help our youth develop active and healthy lifestyles from an early age, so we will work with all ages, from toddlers to teens, and our fitness programs will involve every child, regardless of weight or current fitness level.

ZUMBATOMIC®
Zumbatomic is a class, specially designed towards children aged 4-12. ZUMBATOMIC® promotes a healthy, active lifestyle for both boys and girls, with fun choreography, movements and music, which are completely child-friendly, so that your kids can have a spectacular time, without you worrying.
Sportball Quebec parent/ tot, junior and multisport
Multi-sport program - Sportball helps children develop socially and physically, through a curriculum that helps to develop confidence, free from the pressure of competition. This class is designed for children from 16 months – 12 years. Our experienced coaches offer a skills-driven, high energy and fun-filled class. Our Sportball Multi-Sport programs will provide your children with a friendly introduction to the fundamental concepts and skills behind eight popular sports.
Parent-child & Junior - Our Sportball Parent-Tot & junior programs teach introductory fundamental skills and help children develop confidence in their abilities. The programs also help adults understand proven teaching techniques that can be applied outside of Sportball classes.

Sports & Fitness Summer Camp
The fitness camp will provide individual and team sports education, sports drills and aerobics. Activities will offer a different sport every week to enhance motivation, team players and self-esteem. Reward day will be implemented each Friday and good sportsmanship and top scores will be honored.
Pedagogical day activities
During school closings, the facility will provide a day of fitness and social activities. Our pedagogical team offers fun fitness activities, arts & crafts and fun games to entertain the youths all day long.
